FAQs

How to package and send your flowers to our studio:

  1. You will need a box and kitchen roll.

  2. Take the flowers out of water and with damp kitchen roll wrap the ends of the stems up with it.

  3. In the bottom of the box make a layer with kitchen roll to protect the flowers.

  4. Lay the bouquet or flowers on top of the tissue, ensuring the cut stems are still wrapped in the damp kitchen roll. There is no need to spray the flowers with water, the dampness from the kitchen roll will be enough.

  5. Add another layer of kitchen roll on top of the flowers to protect them from the lid.

  6. Tape the box up and label the box up with our address.

  7. The easiest way to send your flowers is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will need the flowers ideally within 24-72 hours of the wedding. If you have not found the time to post the flowers to the studio and still want to, please get in contact with us and with a photo of the bouquet to check its still viable to use for imprinting.

  8. As soon as we have received your flowers, we’ll notify you and begin the process immediately.

What are the Imprints made from?

Each Imprint is handcrafted and therefore unique. Hand poured and cast from Plaster of Paris. Because of the nature of this casting technique, the Imprints may vary slightly in thickness and sizing. Wall hanging bracket attached on the back of the imprint unless it’s a small ribbon hung imprint.

Should I have my Imprint painted?

Any imprint can be hand-painted in a wide range of colours. If you’d like this option, the colour can be chosen once the plaster has fully dried. You can also decide later, even after your piece is complete, if you’d like it painted.

Do you create bespoke pieces?

Yes, we love to. We provide a fully bespoke service for clients wishing to create unique imprint artworks.

Whether for private residences, commercial installations, gifting or from memorials. Each piece is carefully crafted to reflect your individual vision.

I got married last year but would like to imprint my wedding flowers, is this possible?

Absolutely! We can recreate your wedding bouquet by sourcing the same flowers you had on your special day.

How long do they take to dry?

Once completed, the casts require 3-8 weeks to dry, depending on their size. When your cast is ready, we will be in touch.

What happens if my flowers arrive dead at the studio?

No need to worry - I’ll assess how many of the flowers are unusable and determine the best way forward. In most cases, an imprint can still be made even if the flowers aren’t in perfect condition. However, if they’ve arrived too late or there was an issue with postage, we can either source matching flowers from elsewhere or refund your deposit.

Are there any flowers that can’t be imprinted?

That’s right, some flowers aren’t suitable for imprinting. Blooms with dense petals, like large roses or peonies, don’t usually produce a clean result. Before we start, we’ll review your flowers and let you know which ones will give the best imprint.

Are they all wall hung?

All of our imprints are made to be wall-hung. The smaller ones have a velvet ribbon at the top, and the larger pieces come with a hanging bracket on the back. They also look lovely propped against a wall or displayed on a plate stand - it’s entirely your choice.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes we ship internationally. Prices start at £15 and increase depending on the size of the Imprint.

What kind of occasions can I send flowers from to be imprinted?

Suitable for any occasion — from weddings and baby showers to memorial services or celebrations. You can also choose to create a piece using flowers that reflect the season.

Can you imprint dried flowers?

No, unfortunately not. Dried flowers are usually too delicate and tend to disintegrate during the imprinting process.

How should I display or care for my imprint?

To care for, gently dust with a clean, dry cloth. Display indoors only and avoid contact with moisture.

How do I place an order?

Get in contact here.

What if my Imprint arrives damaged?

Please get in contact with us as soon as you receive the Imprint and we will come to a solution.

What is your return policy?

Bespoke imprints are non-refundable.

Shop purchases are refundable within 14 days if returned in perfect condition.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we can’t be held liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
